Personnel Profiles
AND Solutions Limited is staffed entirely by Technical Communication professionals,
each with more than 10 years' experience. Our consultants have worked in a wide variety of industries,
producing Information Products such as User Guides, System Administrator Guides, Contractual and
Requirements documentation, and Development and Test information.
These products are increasingly delivered in electronic format (such as online help and web-based),
although we still maintain the ability to produce 'traditional' paper-based products. The skills of our
consultants are constantly kept up to date through training, Professional Development and by networking with
other communication professionals through the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC).
The directors of the company are:
- Simon Butler PGDCCI FISTC MBCS
An experienced Senior Technical Author
with excellent writing, proof-reading and editorial skills. These skills are supported by comprehensive
experience within the telecommunications, defence and computer industries.
- John Lee IEng MIET MISTC
An experienced Technical Author. Flexible and innovative, with
experience across a range of information delivery and support subjects, including alternative methods
of delivery and supporting infrastructure.
